Obviously, what things will cost will depend on what you want to do, how many of you there are and how far you are going. As a guide, however, the 19 seat coach works out about £320 a day and £460 a day for the 29 seat coach.
Transfers from London's main airports of Heathrow and Gatwick to the "West End" cost £130.00 for the 16 seat vehicle from Heathrow and £165 from Gatwick. For the 29 seat vehicle £165 (Heathrow) and £195 (Gatwick).
In addtion to the above you will have to pay for Car Parking at airports, the London congestion charge and any tolls. Tolls are not a common feature in the UK but they do exist on some bridges, certain river crossings and on the new motorway in the Midlands.
Parking depends on how long you stay (!) but on average allow about £10 for
each coach. Special arrangements are made for coaches at
our airports.
Tolls and other charges apply as appropriate. These range from about £12 to £17 per vehicle. Naturally, we will advise where tolls and charges are due.
We accept payment by cash (GB Pounds, Euros or US Dollars), cheque and all major credit cards. You will need to pay a deposit of £100 to secure your booking and we must receive the balance payment before the date of service. We do not accept third party credit cards. (In other words, if you are using a credit card it must be yours or your company card). Cheques must be received at least one week prior to service. Payment may be made on the day of service for the balance by cash or presented credit card.
At airports, you meet the coach outside the treminal building in a specially designated area. If at all possible, we like to have a contact mobile telephone (cell) number to make things easy. For day trip or other journey we will come to the point of collection and make ourselvs known.
Our bespoke tours are costed on a one for one basis, depending on your itinerary. The daily rates shown are to help give you an initial idea. Extras would be made up of any entrance fees, meals or other special requirements.
